Lovely and kind staff. Superb Imperial breakfast. The bar downstairs was lively and friendly at night. Our room, room 1 upstairs, was a fairytale, and the copper tub in our room was bliss for sore bodies after walking the London streets all day. The shower was awesome too, and nice tea and coffe in our room. We adored it all and have already booked our next stay. We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary here and it couldn't have been more romantic. We even got bubbles as a surprise. This felt like home away from home. Just so much more beautiful in every detail.
