The hotel is a nice, comfortable hotel but somewhat away from all the main temples. They have some of the friendliest staff that I have ever seen. (I have traveled a fair amount in many countries and stayed at some of the best hotel chains.) They went out of way to help me in *everything* and always with a smile. The food was also very nice. I should note that the hotel is not a walking distance from major temples and taxis/Uber are not easy to get in Gaya. I used their hotel car. I would definitely stay in this hotel on my future visits.

We are a vegan couple and they offered us many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are very serviceable and helpful. The room was bigger than we expected, with bath and shower (yes, both) in one side, wash basin and the toilet in its own compartment. The bed linnen was clean (no hairs, no stains). There was a flat screen TV with Hindi and English channels. A mini-fridge, table with chair, sofa and coffe table. The A/C worked perfectly and was very silent. We were able to order room service and they offered a laundry service (at very reasonable prices). They will also set-up transport to go see the temples (Mahabodhi for example) which I recommend since walking is almost 1 hour and it gets hot fast (Bodh Gaya is at around 33°C with 75% humidity in early October). They offer transport to the Gaya JN train station and Gaya airport. They have 24-hour reception.
