Jump hotel is one of the best hotels in the city center of Kathmandu, here where the luxury facilities and budget prices can be together. I have booked a room for one night but I stayed there for three nights because I loved their rooms and facilities and services. I got a room with a beautiful balcony. The room was big and very well decorated. In the room almost whatever I needed, air-shrine TV, electric water boiler tea and coffee, wooden floor.The bathroom was very big and clean with cold and hot water, also a hair dryer, bath mat, hand towels and bath towels. I love the garden beside the restaurant, it's a small garden but it's very nice and very quiet to have some coffee and read books especially in the afternoon, or even have beer or wine in the evening. The restaurant food very good and the prices are similar to nearby coffee shops, but with good environment. The staff of this hotel they really care about their guests, and because of the quality of the service you will feel that you are the only guest in this hotel, but you are not. The teams of the front office and the restaurant they are trained very well, they made me stay very comfortable. I got a free airport drop while leaving the country. I recommend this hotel for Families or couples.I will definitely choose this hotel to stay if I visit this area.

This is the best boutique hotel in Kathmandu and I’m so blessed to have booked here! Just within 5 minutes of booking, the general manager of the hotel Dol sent me a personal message confirming the complimentary airport pickup. I arrived at the hotel without any planning of my trip in Nepal, and Dol helped me with the itinerary for the whole week with a big smile on his face. He himself has 20 years of experience in travelling and trekking in the Himalaya region, and having stayed here is really a blessing for me as a solo traveller. The hotel is brand new and located in one of the best areas in the center of Kathmandu. The room is so nice and super clean with traditional Nepali decoration and modern facilities. Having travelled around the world, I have a very high standard of the hotel, and Kailash Boutique Hotel definitely exceeds my expectations. The bed is so comfortable, the breakfast is super delicious, and the best is the people here. Everyone is so attentive and will make sure you really enjoy your stay here. I attended the hiking tour with Shiva, the best mountain guide. We hiked around a beautiful mountain in a village where there are no tourists and it was really special. I also wanted to visit Bhutan while I’m here but didn’t know how to go there, and Dol just arranged everything for me within two days and my dream has come true thanks to him. There are not many reviews of this hotel because it is brand new, but you will definitely love it here and I strangely recommend it!

The hotel is perfectly located just outside the main square, the rooms are nice & clean - great value for what you pay. The staff is really sweet and shout out to the owner Sulav who was an amazing host and a lovely person, he made sure me and my girlfriend arrived safely at our next destination and he even picked me up as I wanted to come back to Bhaktapur for the festival. If you’re looking for a solid stay in Bhaktapur - this is it 👍

This place’s location is very nice located, in the center of Thamel, but inside an alley so it doesn’t have loud nosies or car horns. The room is exceptionally clean, has all the essentials. The staff is kind and welcoming, the owner of this place is very helpful.

We loved our stay here for 3 nights! It was our anniversary and I just proposed to my girlfriend so we treated ourselves to this hotel. It was so worth it! The staff were so accommodating especially the receptionist Deepa she was so polite, helpful and spoke great English. She was very understanding with our special occasion and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Super Deluxe room. The bed so unbelievably comfortable, we didn’t want to leave. I’ve traveled around the world so I can honestly say this is highly recommended. Great room, powerful hot shower, nice high class touches. The buffet breakfast was really good, it had a good variety and changed slightly each day. You can also ask the chefs for different style cooked eggs. Great atmosphere with the courtyard and the bar. A great place.
